Shipping policy

All items will be shipped from My Ducks in a Row through Pirate Ship through USPS. If you are international or wanting another shipping company (UPS Fedex or DHL) please send an email before making your purchase.

If your package is damaged in shipping, please send us an email with pictures of the package and damaged item. We will reach out to you to help within 2-4 business days.

Minimum shipping totals will be $5.00 starting.
